[item_table] There are a variety of Masonic pennies, some with very Western Australian designs.
[item_table] These were used as wages chits, possibly in the 1950s or 1960s given the E R (which stands for Elizabeth Regina). Four different types are shown, all have blank reverses.
[item_table] The Trans-Australian Railway was opened in October 1917 – a āGā class steam locomotive is shown on the reverse and a 1967 diesel on the Obverse. This gold medal is edge numbered 5.

[item_table] The WA Amateur Sports Club was first mentioned (Trove) in The Daily News on Monday 1 December 1902.
[item_table] The Celtic Club WA was first mentioned (TROVE) in the Daily News on Friday 1 May 1896.
[item_table] The Occidental Club Fremantle (119 High Street) had its licence granted on 4 September 1905.
[item_table] The Mines and City Workers Club (Boulder) had tenders called in December 1905 for the construction of the Club building.
